The traditional fruit cake found at most weddings in countries such as the UK are not normally available here in Italy, however we can obtain them if you wish. But you and your partner may wish to ‘go Italian’ and treat you and your guests to a traditional Italian wedding cake. There are several different types of cake used at weddings; however the most popular and traditional is the mill folio, a light creamy cake. The entrance of the cake is normally spectacular with elaborate cake stands and accompanied by fireworks.
